This tobacco coalition engages community stakeholders to 1) implement the Catch My Breath evidence-based program for youth grades 5-12 in the Lawrence, Jefferson Davis, and Walthall county school districts; 2) guide community outreach and education activities to promote tobacco cessation in the target area; 3) inform the development and distribution of communication messages to promote tobacco cessation in the target communities; 4) collect data to conduct a policy scan to develop a policy brief to educate key stakeholders and provide recommendations for tobacco policy.
